Section 1 – General Terms: Product Price and Stock
The price and availability of all products are subject to stock availability.
In case of out of stock, the customer may be suggested a similar/alternative product or the order may be cancelled.
Product prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Most products are available online in limited quantities.
Returns and exchanges will only be processed in accordance with our Return Policy.
Due to different device settings, the color or size of the product may appear different on the screen, which may cause slight differences from the actual product.

Section 3 – Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to cancel, limit or refuse any order.
Providing correct name, contact number, email address and account information is mandatory.
Creating multiple accounts with the same number/email may result in cancellation of the order.
Section 4 – Delivery Time
Within Dhaka: Delivery within 24 hours (subject to stock availability).
Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 3 working days.
Section 5 – Delivery Charges
Home delivery charges are applicable within Dhaka.
Courier charges outside Dhaka will be borne by the customer.
Section 6 – Refunds / Returns
Returns/exchanges can be applied for within 3 days of delivery.
The return process will be completed within 10 working days.
In case of wrong/damaged product, it is mandatory to report it within 24 hours along with unboxing video.
Sale/discount items are not returnable.
Return courier charges will be borne by the customer (exception applies if defective item is received).

Section 10 – Inaccuracies and Errors
Orders may be canceled if the price is shown incorrectly.
Example: If the price of a product of 1800 rupees is mistakenly shown as 18 rupees.
Section 11 – Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled in case of stock out, vendor issues or quality check failure.

Providing false information
Uploading viruses/malware
Spam, phishing or data scraping
Theft of personal information of others
Hacking or attacking the website or security system
