Our customers’ satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased product, you can apply for a return/exchange within 3 (three) days of delivery as per the following terms and conditions.
Return & Refund Process
Refund will be processed within 10 (ten) business days after return approval.
No additional service charges will be applicable in the return process.
Upon receipt of the product, the product must be checked against the invoice in front of the courier staff.
In case of receiving the wrong product or damaged condition, you must contact our hotline immediately in the presence of the courier staff.
In case of wrong/defective/damaged product, we will resend the correct product or if the customer wants, they can cancel the order and get a refund.
We must be informed within 24 hours with an unpacking video to prove the defect or damage.
Returnable products must be unused, intact, complete and with tags/packaging.
Cases where return/exchange is not acceptable
Return request after the specified time limit (more than 3 days).
Damaged, tempered or incomplete product due to use.
Product sold on offer/discount/sale.
In case of heavy items, not the complete product – only the damaged part is replaceable.
Products that require installation (e.g. treadmill, gym bike, bench, TT table etc.).
Customized or personalized products at the request of the customer.
Products made to special order.
Products not purchased from our website/establishment.
Unable to show valid cash memo/invoice.
Courier Charges
Courier charges will be borne by the customer in case of return/exchange (exceptions apply in case of defective or wrong product received)
