Our customers’ satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased product, you can apply for a return/exchange within 3 (three) days of delivery as per the following terms and conditions.
Return & Refund Process
- Refund will be processed within 10 (ten) business days after return approval.
- No additional service charges will be applicable in the return process.
- Upon receipt of the product, the product must be checked against the invoice in front of the courier staff.
- In case of receiving the wrong product or damaged condition, you must contact our hotline immediately in the presence of the courier staff.
- In case of wrong/defective/damaged product, we will resend the correct product or if the customer wants, they can cancel the order and get a refund.
- We must be informed within 24 hours with an unpacking video to prove the defect or damage.
- Returnable products must be unused, intact, complete and with tags/packaging.
Cases where return/exchange is not acceptable
- Return request after the specified time limit (more than 3 days).
- Damaged, tempered or incomplete product due to use.
- Product sold on offer/discount/sale.
- In case of heavy items, not the complete product – only the damaged part is replaceable.
- Products that require installation (e.g. treadmill, gym bike, bench, TT table etc.).
- Customized or personalized products at the request of the customer.
- Products made to special order.
- Products not purchased from our website/establishment.
- Unable to show valid cash memo/invoice.
Courier Charges
Courier charges will be borne by the customer in case of return/exchange (exceptions apply in case of defective or wrong product received)
